Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or alterations after delivery. Please communicate all preferences during the order process.
Refunds
No refunds, as every item is custom-made. Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Rush Orders
Orders are processed in 7–14 business days. For faster processing (2 business days), purchase the Rush Order Fee listing.
Lost/Stolen Packages
If marked “Delivered” but not received, file a claim with your local Post Office or Law Enforcement. We are not responsible, and no refunds will be issued. Ensure a secure delivery location.

Orders ship within 7–14 business days, plus delivery time (another 7–10 days, depending on USPS). Personalization may take up to 2 weeks. Holiday orders should be placed by October for Christmas delivery. USPS delays are beyond our control.
