Lost/Stolen Packages
If marked “Delivered” but not received, file a claim with your local Post Office or Law Enforcement. We are not responsible, and no refunds will be issued. Ensure a secure delivery location.

Jeanette went absolutely above and beyond throughout the entire process of this order. She answered NUMEROUS questions I had and never once made me feel as though I was any inconvenience. She kept me updated during the process as well as even fulfilled my request for pictures prior to shipment (and she didn’t have to). Once the bag arrived (and it even came early), she checked in with me. 277 designs has exceeded my expectations and this bag moved me to tears just thinking of how much my husband will use it with pride for years to come.
