So happy with the outcome of this bag, I was nervous sending the coat off to a stranger, but Alan kept in contact the whole time sending updates. If you are looking to make a memory piece or something to pass on to your kids I highly recommend taking the chance and getting a custom piece done.

The quality of the bag is exceptional. I was able to ship a recently retired coat of mine to them making the bag very personal for my wife. She is going to love it!
